All prices are displayed in the specified currency and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect already confirmed purchases.

5. Refund Policy

For personalized astrological interpretations and other digital services offered by Retrograde:

  • Purchased digital products and services cannot be refunded, as they are digital products that cannot be returned once delivered.
  • By purchasing any digital product or service on our platform, you understand and agree that you waive your right to withdraw from the contract after the digital product has been delivered.
  • In accordance with e-commerce legislation, digital products are exempt from the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, once the download or access to content has begun with the consumer's prior consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of the Retrograde website, including texts, graphics, logos, images, as well as their compilation, software, and astrological calculations, are the property of SOFTAM S.R.L. or its content providers and are protected by Romanian and international copyright laws.

You are not permitted to:

  • Use our content for commercial purposes without permission
  • Modify or create derivative works based on our content
  • Remove any copyright notices or other proprietary notices

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOFTAM S.R.L. will not be liable for:

  • Decisions made based on the astrological information provided
  • Interruptions or errors in the operation of the service

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOFTAM S.R.L. and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debts, and expenses resulting from: (i) your use of and access to our services; (ii) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of legal principles. Any dispute related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bucharest, Romania.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed illegal, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is significant, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after these revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
